"Why is Chelsea Clinton so ugly?" - John McCain, 1998
Edited on Tue Jun-03-08 09:54 AM by TornadoTN
"Because her father is Janet Reno" - John McCain said this in 1998

Remember this, all of you Hillary voters who are wanting to jump over to Old Man McCain. Remember how much he's in bed with Bush and remember how much "deep respect" he has for the Clinton's (as evidenced in that quote). Remember all of that "Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb Iran" singing, was it music to your ears? Remember how many civil liberties we've lost and how many more are threatened.

If you think all of this is a-ok now, then you didn't belong in the Democratic Party in the first place.

1. Idiot McCain. He wants to diss Chelsea's looks? Take a look at your wife, John.
She ain't exactly pretty. Pointy nose, and her expression seems like she smells something bad all the time, and it might be you, John.

Just goes to show money can't buy beauty.

Besides, I think Chelsea has turned out to be a very lovely young lady. The last couple of years have been good to her.

2. Agreed, Chelsea has come into her own.
I remember this... I was sickened then and I am sickened by it now.

Chelsea had no agenda then, she was simply a daughter of the president. He should have apologized then, and he should apologize now.

4. I love how the people jumping ship fail to realize
That the people they are jumping into the boat with are the same people that have been trying to destroy their pet candidate for years. The same ones that can't stay away from any Clinton article on the internet without flaming it.

Yet somehow, they seem to think that the McCain/GOP camp is the right place to be after getting their feelings hurt when they didn't win. They make up excuses and run with it.

8. "At least I don’t plaster on the makeup like a trollop, you [c - word]." - McCain to Cindy, 1992
At least he's an equal opportunity hater.
And surely a role model for the feminist movement.

9. Just Yesterday - DU'er Making Fun of Sen. Clinton's Looks
making fun of anyone's looks (except present occupants of White House & John McCain) isn't cool.

6. First of all, people saying they are "clinton supporters" who will vote for mccain are a minority
...and they shouldn't be welcome in anyone's Democratic Party - not one with Obama at the top, not one with Clinton at the top.

Our tent is big, but it isn't infinite.

10. Wasn't it comical when he made his smug speech the other day about respecting HRC
He also chuckled when a guy at his townhall called Hillary a bitch. These type of discrepancies need to be brought to the public.

12. Absoloutely
I'm all for exposing McCain for being the inept, deceiving, and treasonous man that he is. Especially since he's trying to make so many inroads with the disgruntled Hillary bloc.

13. Remember the lady at the town hall meeting
"How do we beat the bitch" McCain sat there and smiled like an complete asshole yet Clinton supporters get all in an uproar when Obama called some woman sweetie. This the man they are willing to vote for because they believe Obama took Hillary's turn? Fucking insane, not only would he overturn Roe v. Wade (which some of them are quick to say they don't care because they are over the age to worry about pregnancy) that sonofabitch will take away more of our basic civil rights. You don't have to be young and full of piss and vinegar to miss basic civil rights. I don't care anymore what they say, hell I didn't care from the get go. They will do what they will do. I do think this is just another indication of some folks feeling entitled to shit.

14. Yea, it's sad that he's trying to pretend that he cares about her now becasue he wants votes.
I hope her supporters don't get manipulated by the republicans, becasue Obama's never said anything about Hillary that matches what McCain's said about her. Obama would never disrespect her the way McCain has.
