Don't have a link, but he is talking on CNN as we speak. He says the campaign is not over, and that any suggestions of Clinton conceding are false. He says nobody has the delegates to win right now, and that the race will continue until that happens. Terry says it is not true that she will acknowledge Obama has the delegates he needs to be the nominee.

Take another breath, folks. Looks like we have longer to go. :(
