Clinton not ready to admit defeat, official tells CNN
Hillary Clinton is "absolutely" not prepared to admit Barack Obama has beaten her in the race for the Democratic nomination for president, her campaign chairman told CNN today. Terry McAuliffe rejected as "100 percent incorrect" an Associated Press report that Clinton is preparing to concede the race tonight. developing story

1. So she *knows* she's beaten, but still refuses to admit defeat?
:wtf:

Actually, never mind. Seeing as how this is coming from the Clintons, it doesn't really surprise me.

6. 'Not prepared' = par for the course.
God, it must really suck to have to confront your own non-inevitability.

That she's not capable of admitting she's been whupped is a really good indicator of how out of touch the Clintons have become.

7. She really needs professional help.
I know she told Couric way back then that she never considered the possibility of not winning, but sheesh, that was then. She's had plenty of time to slowly come to terms with the possibility of not winning. The notion that "she's not ready" tells me she's more delusional that I feared. Yikes. Get help, please. For the sake of your husband, daughter, and everyone else who cares deeply about you.
