1. I don't believe he is a Super D
Do you know for sure?

It's lovely, in any case :)

20. He is a super and said he would wait until there was a presumptive nominee before
endorsing.

24. The sincere supers know that
their purpose is to validate the will of the people. Clinton's mission of sending her surrogates out to shop the SDs is tasteless and cheap. Just as you would expect.

4. I don't know if "all" are, but Jimmy is
for example, I don't think McGovern is an SD. But per this list, Jimmy Carter is:

5. I thought McGovern was, but who knows?
That's a very good question, actually. Didn't the superdelegate system get enacted after he got clocked by Nixon? Is that why he might not be a super?

11. Wrong on one point but Carter is a Super

All Former Presidents and Vice Presidents. Former Nominees aren't SD unless they still hold office.

13. Ahhhh.... that makes sense.
I guess I get confused since Mondale was a veep, and Kerry is a current US Senator. And Al Gore will always be President to me!! :-)

25. Jimmy Carter is THE Super D. God/Goddess bless President Carter.
You know it's always been rather telling for me to see how ex-Presidents incorporate themselves into regular life after their Presidency. Most of them play golf, give expensive speeches and pen their memoirs. Jimmy Carter builds houses for the poor and travels the world ensuring truthful and honest elections.
