Vetting process for VP - if Phil Gramm is bad to us, how do Clintons explain away tens of millions

that Bill has received since he left office from some of the very people involved with BCCI who were protected when Bill deep-sixed BCCI matters throughout the 90s for GHWBush?

Some of those who have donated to Bill's 'foundation' or paid him huge paychecks recently were named figures in Poppy Bush's illegal operations with BCCI - Jackson Stephens, Marc Rich, Dubai and Saudi royals. The same Dubai money that staked the largest portion of BCCI bank, was the same Dubai money that Bill was helping to get that ports deal the Bushboy was ready to arrange a few years ago. And we know how Marc Rich received favors, though most Dems are still unaware that Rich was a named figure in GHWBush's BCCI and IranContra.

Clintons cannot pass the vetting for VP.

Bill Clinton Severs Ties With Burkle, May Reap $20 Million

Wall Street Journal | John Emshwiller | January 22, 2008 09:29 AM

Former President Clinton stands to reap around $20 million -- and will sever a politically sensitive partnership tie to Dubai -- by ending his high-profile business relationship with the investment firm of billionaire friend Ron Burkle.

Mr. Clinton is negotiating to end his relationship with Mr. Burkle's Yucaipa Cos. as part of a broader effort to protect the presidential campaign of his wife, Sen. Hillary Clinton, from potential conflicts of interest. Details of Mr. Clinton's involvement in Yucaipa and his efforts to unwind it come from documents and interviews with people familiar with the matter.

1. BLM, what do you think is the likelyhood Hillary has enough systemic support to force herself
onto ticket at Convention?

IMO, the Clintons have worn out their welcome. People are sick of the arm twisting and extortion.

The Clintons are like Delay and K-Street. Even the damned corporate executives got sick of being shaken down for money.

6. BTW - your post should be its own thread.
It's a solid observation. Bushes seemed untouchable in recent years and now many GOPs are sick to death of them. Most sane people don't WANT to be threatened and lied to for too long.

2. The vetting process is where the VP process
presents problems with the media's push for Clinton.

4. When Elizabeth Hasselback tries to convince Dems that Obama needs Clinton on the ticket, what should
that tell Dems?

5. Hurray - MSNBC reporting Clinton unlikely for VP because of Bill's business deals.
No more secrecy and privilege of the powerful elite served by the global fascist agenda. YEAH!

10. more serious, it involves money from those involved in BCCI matters that needed further scrutiny

in the 90s, not the layers of protection Clinton gave to GHWBush and his powerful cronies who have been supplying BIG DOLLARS to Clintons' foundation and personal bank accounts since he left office.

BCCI's unresolved matters led directly to Bush2, 9-11 and this Iraq war.

8. Fineman on Countdown just said
HRC cannot get the VP slot because Bill would never get through the legal vetting process.

9. Well - I've been trying to warn DU for some time on this. I guess they'll GET IT now.
Or keep pretending I don't know what I'm talking about, which is the usual MO of the ostrich.
