Dear Senator Clinton
Last night Senator Clinton asked for emails suggesting how she proceed. However her webform makes your response an automatic vote of support. My email isn't exactly one of support.

Senator Clinton,

Where should you go from here?

You should start out by affording Senator Obama the same respect and
graciousness that he demonstrated towards you in his remarks last night.
It was disappointing that you elected to talk mostly about yourself last
evening, barely acknowledging the historic accomplishment of Senator
Obama. You did nothing to begin the healing process that is so
desparately needed. Indeed you seemed to revel in adding just a little
more gasoline to the fire while pouring a bit of salt into the festering
wounds of the primary process.

Four months ago I was an undecided Democrat. Your debate performance
wowed me, but I was also impressed by Senator Obama. I ultimately decided
to support Senator Obama, primarily because I felt it is time that a new
family occupy 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. However, I had no qualms about
supporting you as our nominee, if that was to be the outcome.

That was four months ago. In the interim, you took a road of divisiveness
and thinly veiled personal attacks. You placed Senator McCain above
Senator Obama. You injected subtle, and not so subtle, racism into the
campaign. You switched sides on the issue of the Florida and Michigan
primaries and decided (and still seem to think) that it is only the voters
for Hillary Clinton that matter. You denigrated Senator Obama's appeal at
every opportunity.

Quite honestly I lost much of my respect for you and have been extremely
disappointed in the conduct of your campaign. But such is politics.

Despite this, I have been ready to support you in a race against Senator
McCain. Our country cannot afford a McCain presidency but it seems almost
as if you could care less. Certainly a segment of your supporters now
think that if if they can't vote for you as President, then they either
won't bother voting or will vote for McCain. What is wrong with this
picture?

You now have an opportunity to lead your supporters to a united front with
our nominee, Senator Obama, against John McCain, or you can squander this
historic opportunity to change our future. If you should choose the
latter, then I, along with millions of Americans will never forgive you. I
don't think history would look kindly upon you either.

Despite what you seem to think, this is not about Hillary Clinton. This
is about the future of the United States of America. Right now you are
Senator McCain's best hope for victory. What a crime it would be if you
allow such a thing to happen.

Perhaps you should be selected for VP. That is something for Senator
Obama to ponder. Based on your conduct, I don't think you really deserve
it right now but it is likely our best hope.

I trust that in the days to follow that we will witness an evolution in
your behavior. There is no doubt you have much to offer, but conversely
you can do untold damage to the future of our nation.

The decision is yours. I hope and pray that you do the right thing.

Respectively....
