Why have Jim Gilmore and Mike Gravel stopped reporting to FEC?

I was going over all the FEC reports today and noticed that Jim Gilmore and Mike Gravel have not submitted a FEC report since last year. But, unlike Tommy Thompson and Sam Brownback they have not submitted Termination Reports either. What is going on?

Also, why are there no FEC reports for 3rd party candidates like Bob Barr and Cynthia McKinney?

2. I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not

but Gilmore is running for US Senate seat in VA this fall

3. But isn't it the law

that they have to continue to file until there debts are settled and they submitted a Termination Report?
