4. Fucking Wings. I believe they've tied us in Cup wins. Great organization!
Congratulations!

Fuck, 4 Cups in last 11 years. I was a toddler when we last won and will probably be long gone before we win again.

6. Lol. Historically, game 5 is one of the most important games of any series.
Along with game 3, which they also won.

The Pittsburgh Penguins won the games that matter!

(Odd as it sounds, that is actually true).

But, alas

GO WINGS!

Tomas says, "Aww yeah!"

10. I understand the Penguins management counted the house
and found that they had more fans at the venue than the Red Wings. So of course they will challenge the results!

What with the sanctions and all.

13. Either the six period win counts as two victories or tonight's win counts as 1/2
The Penguins shouldn't concede until all the victories have been fairly counted.

14. Well, everybody knows the true measure of a team is how many penalties they get...
So, as far as I'm concerned, we don't know who the winner is yet!

18. I'm a Redwings supporter and I think
Redwings supporters need to stop being so nasty in their anti-bird rants. If they don't watch out, I'll support the Ducks.

I'm really concerned that all Redwings supporters are anti-bird. That really concerns me.

20. How can you be anti-bird and pro-wing?
After all, there's not much daylight between birds and wings.

I see the potential for unity.

23. As a Penguins supporter,
I have to say that until the Red Wings respect me as a woman, they will NOT get my vote!!!! (Seriously, congrats to the Wings. It was a great series. Pens came up short, that's true, but I have bright hopes for the future.)

25. Four wins take the series only if those four include a win in game 5.
Game 7 coming up on Saturday night. I can't wait.

29. Detroit scored several goals with an extra skater on the ice
due to some obscure rule known as a "power play". This is patently unfair! And never mind that we did, too, 'cause we're the Pittsburgh Penguins! NBC shows us on network TV every single Saturday, so the Cup is rightfully ours!

33. It's hard to lose. . . We should allow them a few days to adjust
and accept their defeat. Maybe then they'll be able to congratulate their opponents on their win, and move towards next season. Personnel changes, coaching changes, new equipment... maybe a uniform redesign. There's always next year!

though, of course, he's denying everything.
