2. I know. That's only upside for Obama. |
|
That's why the numbers look pretty good to me.

3. I agree, i thinka lot of their bitterness will be gone after Hillary concedes Friday |
|
And the rest will be gone once they see who Obama is and who McCain is.

6. I expect that second number will go to double digits |

This looks to be a good year for Democrats, which explains why Senator Clinton fought tooth and nail the entire way. There has never been a better political environment for a Democratic challenger to an incumbent party.

8. I agree, and here's why: |

I'll use the following model, without regard to the accuracy of the numbers used:
5% of Hillary's voters in the primary were Republicans who didn't intend to vote for the Democratic nominee in the fall, no matter who it is
5% of Hillary's voters in the primary were Democrats who didn't intend to vote for the Democratic nominee in the fall, no matter who it is
15% of Hillary's other voters (from the other 90%) are currently mad enough or shrewd enough to tell pollsters they will not vote for Obama, but will vote for McCain.
The first two groups won't change, but the third group will change dramatically. There might be 2% of Hillary's primary voters who ARE presidential Democrats who will vote for McCain out of spite. Most of her primary voters who turncoat in November will be people who always vote Republican for president.

9. I think it's safe to say.... |

...that anyone who would vote for a man who calls his wife a "cunt" isn't doing it because they're such staunch feminists.
