I will look at all Republican charges against Obama very skeptically...
Because they are looking under the rocks for anything they can use against him. They have no programs. They have no policies. They have nothing but failure to show for eight long years.

It is the personal attacks that will be viewed most skeptically. If there are differences on issues, such as the war or taxes, I will weigh them on the merits - although I already know the merits of the McCain plan on the war and taxes.

However, when they start attacking Obama personally thru his pastor or his wife or former acquaintances or friends, I will be very skeptical. Because, for my entire life, Democrats have wanted to talk about issues and what they can do for the people and Republicans have wanted to talk about people and what they can do for their issues. When they have nothing in the world to talk about, there is little doubt that they will resort to personal attacks. That is what they do. My radar is on.

1. a good start, but we must be prepared to
anti-swift each and every e-mail, every aspersion, and every nuance. not that the GOP knows nuance. LTTE, responses, and research into the sourcing and funding of the crap.

2. When I see today's Republiconvicts, I see the very worst of the "Me Generation"
personified ...

We (meaning the general U.S. population) went from the Greatest Generation to the generation which was going to change the world to the generation which says, "What's in it for me?"
