helping the Obama campaign: If you live in a heavy blue state... |
... like NY, is it better to do some ground campaigning in a nearby state that needs it, like Pennsylvania or NJ, or make tons of calls from home, or work on voter registration in your own state because the more people who vote the better even if it's a state that will crush McCain. Just looking for some advice as to how to use my time. I want to expose my daughter to some of this as my parents did for me, so I will take some time in the summer to campaign door-to-door but I'm thinking it would be way more useful in PA or NJ. Thoughts?

2. Help out in a close House race |
Check out this link: http://www.electoral-vote.com/evp2008/House/house_races.htmlFind a competitive House race close to you and help out that candidate. Obama will need all the Democrats in Congress that he can muster, and by keeping the Repubs in check in close races, you help out the overall effort.
