Some Hillary supporters are pushing this program.
Two possibilities as to why they would do this.
One, they are so childish that instead of accepting the loss, they want to hurt the people who won. They don't care about the issues or future government of the country. It's all about supporting a personality above everything else, so they feel justified in tossing the board in the air when they lose.
The other possibility is that they genuinely think another Republican administration, and probably three more Republican chosen Supreme Court Justices, will be the best for the country. This means they voted for Hillary because her agenda was the closest to the Republican one. It puts a pretty scary spin on Hillary's campaign if this is the case.
Either way, it shows a pretty screwed up constituency and reflects badly on Hillary.

1. It's giddily being promoted over at Larry “Flowbee” Johnson's site as we... |

speak.
That tells you all you need know about him and any “progressivism” he has ever claimed.

2. Yep. I really thought these types of people had become Republicans years ago. |

I didn't realize there was such a huge contingent of dimwitted asshats left in our party.

Or are these supposedly "real" democrats?
Voting for McCain is just insane. Rhyme unintended.

then it's no loss. They were never going to vote Democrat. So there is no defection, no harm done.
I'm more concerned with the "Harriet Christians", if there are many.

Many are so beat down by the last seven years that they no longer believe in hopes and dreams, and their newly adjusted reality of depression and desperation does not let them allow to hope - they are tethered to the depression of the last seven years and consumed the kool aid - so Obama's approach, hopes, ideas do not exist for them. Hillary or McCain - more of the same - is all that they can fathom. Very sad, really - life without hope.

5. Sorry, they are NOT Democrats. |

No TRUE Democrat would take the chance of continuing Bush's term for another four years, and there's little doubt that's what will happen if McSame is elected.
It's shocking how many fools there are running loose, unsupervised.
These people are Dems in name only. Like Joe Lieberman. :puke:

Did you look at the Rally crowd last Saturday for the Rules and Bylaw Committee meeting? It was on CNN and MSNBC....They were Democrats alright and they were offended deeply by the obama campaign and the RBC.
We are hemorrhaging democratic voters! Obama is throwing away life-long Democrats and I'm concerned.

Democrats. If they were truly life-long Democrats, they would remain so, stop acting like fools and support him.
True Democrats are offended at Hillary's camp pain and her supporters actions because they cannot accept their loss.
But, thank you for your concern.

13. I think Obama has a few things to learn. |
|
And I suspect the seasoned Dems in Congress will clue him in quickly.
The Democratic Party knows it has a problem with the division right now, and unless they are totally worthless, they will get it together quickly.
Plus, I do believe Hillary will do her part in making sure her supporters realize what's at stake if they cross party lines.
I think a lot of the damage will be healed in short order. But Barack has his work cut out for him. I'm still waiting on an apology from Obama for allowing Donnie McClurkin to insult gay people.

18. Any woman that would vote for McCain |
|
is cutting off her nose (or reproductive rights or worker's rights) to spite her face. If Hillary had beaten Obama, she sure as hell would have gotten my vote. Any Democrat that would vote for McCain is not a Democrat at all.

6. There will always be democrats who support the republican nominee. There always have been. |
|
It's really nothing unusual. Obama simply needs to properly manage his campaign's interaction (or non-interaction) with this sub-group. He's been doing a pretty good job so far.

20. Bob Barr instead of McCain |
|
If Democrats can't/won't vote for Obama, maybe they could be persuaded to vote for Bob Barr instead of McCain. It would split the Republican ticket.
