"peaking" too early. I always thought it was a bunch of BS because I have seen too many Democratic campaigns catch fire too late. (You know, the camopaigns like 1968, 2000 and 2004 where the polls were shifting and if the election had been held one week later.....) I think Obama is going to have a problem pacing his campaign. He can get people fired up, but if he gets everyone really fired up now in June, can we sustain that energy until November? I'm thinking that he is going to be presenting a calm and thoughtful image through most of the summer and wait until the fall to really rile people up.
