Question about General Discussion Primary threads. Are they being deleted from journals?
I have some that I want to save, particularly ones about "The Press v. Obama" (three parts), "The Press v. Clinton " (four part) "The Press vs. John Edwards", "The Press vs. The Democratic Primary" and many others about various media atrocities committed by the press during the Democratic Primary.

Are these going to be deleted from my journal as part of a purge of GDP? I can understand a desire to make all of the infighting just a bad memory, but I want to save the evidence of what was done to the Party by outsiders.

1. The only thing that changes is the name and the rules
It's still going to be the same forum. That's the way it worked in '04.

2. I was just on a journal thread, the url is changed when it's added to a journal....

so I feel confident the journal posts will remain. A new url is created for the journal entry.

3. Personally... I Don't Think They Should Be...
No matter what... the Journals are\could be\should be considered, historical diaries.

4. I would think not. The forum will be renamed, but the primary still happened. nt

5. One of my fav DUers still has journal page up
although the poster has been banned. So, I think the journals don't get touched.

6. Same question here. Will the old GDP threads simply be archived like the rest?
Does anyone know for sure?
