Kind of curious what you wrote. :) Would it be something along the lines of how eerily similar McCain is to Laura Bush, the patron saintess of Republican womanhood? The fact that the woman has never utter a syllable that could be taken as informed, enlightened or shows any genuine emotion are meaningless to our Republican friends.

All they care about is that she smiles on cue, doesn't say a word against her man or his policies, and never, EVER has a hair out of place. With standards that low, how the hell could she NOT have a 60% approval rating?

Well, I can certainly understand the comparison. But I always thought of Theresa as this worldly, exotic woman who'd led a very global existence. I think that was one of the reasons that she was so smart and outspoken.

Michelle reminds me so much of so many of my girlfriends back home, it's ridiculous. Women who are smart and have worked hard because their parents expected nothing less from them. She strikes me as much more down to earth than THK but I think that both are exceptional, intriguing women.

but I saw a cip of Cindy McCain campaigning in 2000 and she was heavier than now. She actually had hips. Even now, she doesn't look like a size zero.
