4. That has been the trend in state after state poll released today. |
|
With Obama essentially holding steady (maybe up or down a little), but McCain dropping sharply.
Really, really interesting.

5. It very well could be static within the MOE, Obama dropping 1-2 points. |

3. The pre-Hillary dropping out numbers are a little bogus |
|
Because there are lots of mixed emotions (disunity) that make the numbers inaccurate.

10. Back in '04, I was seeing B*sh yard signs and stickers by now. This year, no McCain stuff yet. |
|
I've seen several homemade RonPaul signs along the roads, but so far not a SINGLE McSame bumper sticker has crossed my path; and the one person on my street who I suspect voted for B*sh had a CLINTON sign in the yard during the primaries this year.
Seems like the folks supporting McCain in this part of NC just aren't very enthusiastic about it.
It's a good thing.

11. Hasn't gotten any bump here like in other states. |
|
It's close, but Obama hasn't led in any poll in this state yet. This post nomination poll was a great chance to demonstrate that NC could be in play. But it likely isn't.

13. It will only get worse if McCain continues his awful Iraq war rhetoric |
|
I can only imagine how pissed off Ft Bragg was when McCain made the cavalier statement that it doesn't matter when the troops come home.
