Sorry if I missed the boat here, and I know this might be highly unlikely, but what about Al Gore for VP? I think people would go for that.

But what if? I wish he'd consider it because I think he'd electrify folks the way that Obama has. And what a change to have two highly intelligent men in the white house!!!!!!!

3. The Carville Idea. If it were possible, it would be the best possible ticket. |

I'm glad Carville's brought it to the table. Maybe Gore will (if he hasn't already) reconsider. I think we could win.

9. One can only hope ... and write a letter? |

I'm going to write a letter to Gore (naive sap that iyam) and ask him to consider. Maybe others have done the same? That's how it's s'posed to work anyway. I'm putting in my two cents.:kick:

VP spot? Won't happen.
Gore couldn't be happier with his life as it is today. And I couldn't be happier for him.
He'll be a huge factor as a Dem supporter during the GE, though.

Maybe his support of Obama will be enough. We'll see.

11. I always thought the VP was subject to term limits, but I looked it up, guess not. |
