:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

With all due respect to Orleans and Democratic Congressman John Hall

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

That has to be one of the LEAST envigorating stand-up-and-cheers songs of all time

THIS is what they had to "stir up" his audiences???

No wonder "McCain excels at town hall settings" the audience is so sedated that JOHN McCAIN seems uplifting
:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

With that grandfatherly speaking voice someone told him to use he will be lucky if his followers wake up on election day

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

AND LOOK AT THE ACTUAL LYRICS for cying outloud
STILL THE ONE (Orleans)

We've been together since way back when
Sometimes I never want to see you again
But I want you to know, after all these years
You're still the one I want whisperin' in my ear

You're still the one I want to talk to in bed :hide:
Still the one that turns my head
We're still having fun, and you're still the one

I looked at your face every day
But I never saw it 'til I went away
When winter came, I just wanted to go
Deep in the desert, I longed for the snow

You're still the one that makes me laugh
Still the one that's my better half
We're still having fun, and you're still the one

You're still the one that makes me strong
Still the one I want to take along
We're still having fun, and you're still the one

Changing, our love is going gold
Even though we grow old, it grows new

You're still the one that I love to touch :scared:
Still the one and I can't get enough
We're still having fun, and you're still the one

You're still the one who can scratch my itch :runsaway:
Still the one and I wouldn't switch
:Are the jeans still size zero Cindy?:
We're still having fun, and you're still the one

You are still the one that makes me shout
Still the one that I dream about
We're still having fun, and you're still the one...

1. They Have No Clue
Like the Republicans thinking Springsteen's "Born in the USA" was a patriotic song.

:rofl:

2. bush used the SAME SONG in his 2004 campaign
The songwriter and/or the band told him to "cease and desist," in no uncertain terms.

McSame's song should be "Yesterday," but I doubt if McCartney would approve ...
