It Pains Me That Tim Won't Get To See Who Wins This Historic Election. He Was So Excited...
I can only hope that in someway, that we here on Earth will never understand, he's still able to follow it as it progresses and he's up there with is projection map, still making his predictions and painting states blue and red.

R.I.P. Tim, you will be forever missed.

2. That was one of my first thoughts, too
It's such a historic election, and he never got to see the outcome. Very tragic.

4. I always liked him on MTP.
I might be only a few that did.I just really started paying more attention to him in the past weeks.I remember watching him on the night Obama won in North Carolina. This clip right here:

11. I was just telling someone about that.
You could tell he enjoyed talking about those maps, the possibilities and the differences between McCain and Obama.

Sometimes the best endings are the ones that leave it up to your imagination.

Godspeed Tim

14. Yes it was ... the very last time I saw him on TV
was last week when he was telling Tweety (I think) about his upcoming MTP show and he was discussing his all-star panel of MSNBC reporters to talk about what they learned during Primary Season.

15. Me too. Especially since he seemed to genuinely like Obama. Maybe
he was looking forward to seeing America's first AA president. How sad he won't.

18. Yes, that adds to the saddness of it
this is going to be one of the most exciting elections and he won't get to see how it comes out. :-( I know that I would be devastated if I thought I wouldn't be here for the outcome.
