You can clearly see that he & Chuck Todd in particular have been crying.

Interesting stage KO is sitting on, I've never seen it before.

5. Chuck Todd is barely holding it together, and it's apparent he's been
crying. This is so hard for these folks on MSNBC. I really feel for them all.

they all had a lot of time with one another during these primaries. This is shocking for us, must be a lot more shocking for them.

6. Here's what I observed about Chris Matthews when he went on The Daily Show,
and Jon Stewart was a bit vicious to him -- Chris really got his feelings hurt! He strikes me as a pretty emotional guy. I doubt he can come on camera for a while.

28. You know I actually like Chris Matthews
I stopped watching his show because he bashed Clinton so much, but I do read his books. I don't know, he seems like the kind to hold grudges and be a bully at times... but deep down have a good heart.

7. That NY Times profile...Tweety really revered Russert
and you got the sense that Tweety often disappointed Russert. It must be terrible for him right now.

*shoot me. I'm feeling empathetic toward Tweety*

45. Agreed. I hope some good will come of this, ie: getting men going for a check up.
What are the symptoms that Tim may have had that, if recognized, could have been acted upon. Shortness of breath, Numbness anywhere?? What?
My hubby refuses to go for a check up. Last time I took his BP, it was 196/117. My crying could not compel him to go to the Clinic. He has lost weight, but no meds, no Doctor.

Rest in Peace Tim. Prayers for the Russert Family.

And I'm sure that Terry McAuliffe, who less than a month ago said that Tim's still-alive father was "looking down...from heaven," is also not feeling particularly grand.

46. Chris Matthews is on vacation in Paris
Death of Tim Russert: Matthews in Europe

For those watching Keith Olbermann's coverage on MSNBC, and who have written to TVNewser inquiring about Chris Matthews, the network tells us he is on vacation in Paris and expected to deliver a statement soon. I snapped the picture below in April, at Tammy Haddad's garden party. Tim and his wife Maureen Orth (far left) were heading out, as Chris Matthews and his wife Kathleen (far right) were arriving.
