Charlie Rose could almost fill Russert's shoes

I know he's not with NBC, but I think he would do nicely as the next host.

Rose is three or four times the journalist Russert was on his worst day.

Do you really think the MSM is going to give him a major voice?

I think he would be uncomfortable with the rules they would place one him. I like him right where he is.

I believe Katie's contract isn't being renewed at CBS if the scuttlebutt I hear is true, so maybe NBC might take her back. You know they aren't going to get a real journalist in there. With Russert gone there is one less hard nosed journalist that they have to deal with on their staff in getting their propaganda out.

13. I agree. As soon as Keith introduced Rose, the lightbulb went off. He could take over

and do an outstanding job. I love watching Charlie. Too bad MTP couldn't be a commercial-free hour like The Charlie Rose Show. PBS sure does rock.
