Has McCain already conceded Oregon?

Jackson County McCain campaign is a slow starter

Jackson County Republicans are scratching their heads over when Sen. John McCain will kick-start his presidential campaign locally.
"It's discouraging," said Bryan Platt, chairman of the Jackson County Republican Central Committee. "It's frustrating. We want to get going."
McCain has yet to open a campaign office in Oregon, though one is expected soon as many local Republicans are ready to throw their support behind him.

2. He's running a terrible campaign
I would think that Jackson County, or perhaps Marion County, would be ground zero for any substantial effort in Oregon on behalf of McCain and the Republicans here.

Thanks for the link!

3. Let him open 50 campaign offices
Let him open 100, 500, it won't matter. Let him spend millions of dollars in Oregon so there is less for other states. This fall O stands for Obama.

We're fired up in Eugene.

4. Last week there was a report that McCain was in the process of opening
10 'regional' offices and was looking at opening only 17 state offices.

Obama probably has 17 offices in PA/IN/OH alone but I am just guessing.
