have it they spend half the day clearing cookies and voting over and over..i say let them have the aol straw poll and we get the GE...works for me.

I think AOL users are the least computer savvy on the internet. Many are older Americans, so no surprise that they favor McLame.

Hillary Clinton led Barak Obama by similar margins through the primary season. The electoral map looked about the same for him against her as it does against McCain. I wouldn't put too much stock in an AOL straw poll.

and they often do, to the point of discrediting reasoning, aol certainly didn't try to skew things mccain's way with those pictures. mccain looks awkward and constipated, obama looks confident and amenable. i just read a thread with a picture comparison of an obama rally to a mccain event and it came to mind that the picture aol used for obama in this poll is one i'd often put side-to-side with mccain.
