rabid pro-Republican friend is voting for Obama. He's absolutely disgusted with what Bush has done to this country.
He did say one thing I agreed with, though, about Bush. That the man is not a Republican. He's an opportunist.
Of course, the fact that they're upside down in the Sequoia loan and paying out the nose for gas doesn't hurt our cause either.

This was the friend I was talking to on election night '04 and practically begging him and his wife to vote for Kerry.
Interestingly, a thunderstorm popped up right as the announcement was made that he was voring for Obama.

I'd agree with that, too. And I think the same can be said of McCain, too. Beginning with his current marriage.
I think the Reps who turn to Obama out of disgust with Bushco, will, as they begin to listen and pay attention to him, begin to feel REALLY GOOD about Obama. Not just a lesser of two evils type of thing.
