5. I love that pic of him standing in front of the "Jesus Christ is Lord" /dove sculpture backdrop..and
the ones where he's surrounded by the sea of turquoise choir people. Hopefully someone can find these in a postable format !

I noticed they got a picture of him licking a tithing envelope, LOL !

These pics were made for public consumption, for the RW looking on.

2. Thanks for posting!
I noted that that AOL site had a poll and more people are saying they will vote for McCain. I voted for Obama on the poll.

9. I noticed that too
Their straw poll last week showed 55-45 McCain. My feeling is that aol news is disproportionately frequented by dial-up users which are more likely to skew red.

13. Not to be snarky,
well I guess I am, but the only people I know who have AOL are old white people who aren't comfortable with computers or the internets.

15. oddly enough...
...AOL message boards and chat rooms have traditionally been inhabited by right-of-center young men 19-28. That's the demographic info I've seen. Polls usually skew slightly right of center.

16. I know a lot of DUers do not like the religious angle in politics but
in this case give it a chance. If he keeps preaching in these churches it is going to be harder for the idiots to call him a Muslim. Not that there is anything wrong with being Muslim - one of our Minnesota legislators is and we are proud of him.

19. I am averse to presidential candidates preaching in churches.
I understand there may be some benefits, but is it worth the precedent?

I wish he would find a different way, if that is his objective. I just don't like political candidates preaching in church, no matter what side of the aisle they are on.

20. I'm not at all religious and it doesn't bother me at all. He's not trying to
convert or change his message from one group to the other; Obama is doing what Obama does. I'm not offended at all.

17. Nice pics but still trying to figure out what church has to do with politics
There seems to have been a lot of focus on Obama and his church activities recently and none of
it has been related to the separation of church and state. Have we softened the edict that the
two should never meet or is it just a cease fire until the election is over?
