that was a freakin' awesome speech....
does anyone else think that had to be kind of awkward/uncomfortable for Al Gore?
He's really avoided politics for so long..

But they both were GREAT!!!

9. Lately I'm having trouble with cnn.com
I can't get the live video.

I saw Gore's speech on TV but haven't seen Obama's. Can someone point me someplace where I can view it?

TIA!

2. Gore seems far more at home in his own bones over the last 7 or so years.
His public addresses have just been tremendous.

Candidate Gore in 2000 was adequate to the task, and had the creds & chops, but the delivery was just not up to the level he reached after Bush stole the election.

Obama has received endorsements from John Edwards and Al Gore on Wolverine turf. I think wise hands are at work to secure Michigan, and from the looks of things, it's working.

3. ya know, I was just thinking about that...
those darn wolverines, I'm jealous of course....but why do they get to witness all the great endorsements?
(I'm a Buckeye, so I can dump on my northern neighbors a little)

4. It's that old football rivalry, isn't it? Well, both states have a lot of
punch and we need 'em both.

I'd love to see a massive blue wave across Michigan and Ohio both.

It's time those two states put the heat on Indiana to wise up and vote Democratic!

6. It was an absolutely awesome speech..
I didn't get to hear Gore's but will, no doubt.

I think Gore is ecstatic that Obama's going to be the Prez and we can get some things done for our Planet!

7. Hey Zidzi!!
How's it going?

you will hear Gore's! He was great, very dynamic with just a hint of pissed off -- maybe that's just my analysis, but that's how it seemed to me!

11. corporate media stinks
Al Gore gave a great speech.I'm sure Obama did too. To bad the
media cut Obama off immediately after Gore endorsed and
started talking about gotchas and hypothetical questions to
the expert panelists. I would have rather seen the whole
speech. Shame on the corporate media. Maybe we will get a 10
second sound byte tomorrow.
