A late entry for the "Best DUer of the Primary Season".

It just came to me. The man earned a delegate for Obama all by his lonesome, just by double-checking the state of Mississippi's final tallies.

That was one of the most bad ass examples of democracy-in-action I've ever seen.

I know the primary season is over, but I had never responded to one of those posts. So here is my submission, albeit a little late.

To keep the mods from banning me for bringing up the primaries, might I suggest that we take this example of the difference one person can make and apply it to our own efforts in the general election?

WesDem always a voice of reason in my mind. Honest, thoughtful and just one of my favorite DU'ers. As well as VolcanoJen and glad to have her back after a long absence. :grouphug: And really glad we're all on the same side supporting the Democratic Nominee. :D

4. He not only did a great job in correcting the Mississippi numbers but

he also took Mrs TheVoiceofReason to North Carolina on a 'vacation' to work as a volunteer on the Obama campaign and then worked on the Texas State Convention and wrote movingly of reconciling with Clinton delegates.

A while back I sent him a PM wondering what was keeping him busy and he mentioned that he had a very consuming trial that he had to focus on.
