Hillary Clinton Supports Obama's Selection of Doyle
Edited on Tue Jun-17-08 12:53 AM by Median Democrat
Its nice to see some unity in action.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080617/ap_on_el_pr/obama_new_staff

"Solis Doyle, who stepped down as Clinton's campaign manager in February, is the only former high-profile Clinton staffer to join Obama's camp so far. Clinton replaced Solis Doyle with longtime aide Maggie Williams after she and Obama essentially split the 22-state Super Tuesday contests on Feb. 5.

Clinton spokesman Mo Elleithee said Solis Doyle will be a good addition to the campaign. "As Senator Clinton has said, we're all going to do our part to help elect Senator Obama as the next president of the United States," he said."

Also, a further explaination by Mo Elleithee to the Atlantic:

“Patti will be an asset and good addition to the Obama campaign. After nearly two decades in political life, she brings with her the ability to tap an extensive network that will be a huge asset to Senator Obama. As Senator Clinton has said, we’re all going to do our part to help elect Senator Obama as the next President of the United States."

5. My take is that its just individual Hillary Supporters infighting again and MSM
They are not speaking on behalf of Hillary. Solis is a long time Hillary supporter and the Atlantic actually notes that this could increase the likelihood of Hillary VP. Of course, the MSM ignores Hillary's official spokesperson and broadcasts the remarks a few isolated Hillary partisans in an event to divide the Democrats. Sadly, some on this board fell for it. Or, worse, they are complicit in trying to divide the Democracts.

8. Penn Camp v. Ickles Camp - Confusing Isn't It?
This is the reason why Hillary lost. Because there are two or more competing camps in Hillary's campaign that worked as aggressively to undermine each other as they did to elect Hillary. The fact that so-called Hillary supporters are attacking Solis-Doyle, a long time Hillary aide, just underscores this point.

The sad thing is that with all the competing camps in Hillary's campaign, you can't win with them.

First, there was criticism that Obama's campaign was not working fast enough to integrate Hillary's people into this campaign.

Second, when Obama appoints long-time Hillary aide, Solis Doyle, to his VP search, then the criticism is that Solis Doyle is betraying Hillary.

Which one is it? I am starting to think that some Hillary supporters, like Papau, are GOP Trojans, given the internally inconsistent rhetoric they continue to spout after the conclusion of the primaries.
