1. Obama will easily win Iowa |
|
McCain does not have a good relationship with the people of the state going back to 2000 and that's why he didn't compete in the caucuses this time around.
did you read about Webb support for drilling ?

Obama can easily take Iowa. McCain barely campaigned in the state during the primary. Iowans know Obama and are pretty pissed at McCain because he decided he didn't need their votes.

4. I like Webb but I also really like Schweitzer. Obama/Schweitzer has a high undecided b/c he's |
|
not well known but once he was introduced I think the number would skyrocket. An Obama/Schweitzer ticket would win in a landslide, dwarf any McCain ticket (even McCain Huckabee b/c next to Schweitzer, Huckabee would seem like another politician), and would excite this country!
Obama/Schweitzer. I think that's change even the most cynical could believe in.

6. No one knows who the hell either of them are |

"Webb" sounds less Semitic than "Scweitzer". Sorry, but that's part of the reason it doesn't poll as well.
But if anyone can get a Democratic message across to different constituencies and has been effective in transforming dark red states to states that are now controlled by a Dem legislature, it's Scweitzer. Him and Tester are very cool and are the future of this party. Obama and the entire party would be wise to listen to them in how they won.
It will pay big in a region which is also vital for the party's success.
