What Obama needs to do about FISA
As the new top dog of the Democratic Party Obama could and should publicly state that the legislation is fatally flawed and that it would violate the constitutional rights of US citizens. He should then state that he will fillibuster (sp?) the bill if it hits the Senate floor. By publicly stating this he could force the Dem's in the Senate to support the fillibuster(sp?). I do not think that he is adverse to flexing his muscle and this is a time when he should do so.

1. By publicly stating that he is actively trying to remove the immunity provision...
...he may have left the door open to do just that (assuming the provision stays).
