The GOP needs terrorist attacks to happen in order to prove they keep us safe from terror. |

3. Doesn't make much sense |

Does it. Of course they figure that people are gullible enough to buy this kind of thinking, and sadly many Americans are, especially republicans who right now may not vote for Obama, but would stay home because they can't stand McCain!

5. I know they would try it... |
|
...but I don't think Obama would let them pull it off. The first idiot GOP person who opened their mouth after a terror attack to suggest, even in the vaguest terms, that it was a sign we needed McCain and the GOP to keep us safe Obama would jam it right down their throat that they spent the last 6 years telling us that the fact that we hadn't had a terror attack was evidence their approach was keeping us safe, so having one now is proof their strategy just flat out FAILED even by their own arguments.

6. Obama should attack Black as a national security threat within McCain's campaign |

Imagine how the neo-cons would react.

7. lol I wondered that myself. Why do they think a terrorist attack would help them? |
|
Obama would just say it was a catastrophic failure of Bush/GOP leadership, just like 9/11.
