Don Imus
I just heard the new comment he made. That got me to thinking..do any of you know what he has been saying about Barack? I know he was a cheerleader for McCain during the 2004 campaign (always saying he wished he was running and then putting Kerry down even though he supposedly liked Kerry). Anyway, I was just curious if any of you have heard comments he has made about Barack. I'm sure he has had a lot to say about Michelle too...

1. He likes Obama...

McCain has been a personal friend of his, so that's who he's "at the moment" supporting, but he generally has good things to say about Obama.

In the 2004 campaign he supported Kerry.

4. He said he supported Kerry but he would always laugh and bash him
whenever his right wing buddies were on his show. I remember I would get so upset that I would have to turn the tv off. Much like I have to with "Morning Joe". LOL

Thanks for the info regarding what he has been saying on the show.

5. He 'supported' Kerry and with support like that...
His support for Kerry was a shtick used to put up a punching bag for his rightwing goons to slap at. Imus is a sick old fart and a rightwing racist gasbag.

10. Operative phrase there..."at the moment"

You never know with Imus. He changes opinions like babies change diapers.

Not exactly a bellwether of current thought, IMHO.

And while I'm here, I really don't buy for one second his expanation for his most recent dumbass comment. We're not stupid, Don; we can see a backpedal 10 miles away.

ON EDIT: LOL. I no sooner close this than I see a post downthread -- "He hates Obama." I rest my case.

15. He doesn't hate Obama.

If you want to hate Imus, hate him, but you don't have to make up lies about him.

He'll never forgive Obama for calling for him to be fired over the Rutgers comments. Don't be fooled, Imus has always been a RW nutjob.

Obama.

That's what racists do. They can't stop themselves.

13.  Why does it matter to you?!
Imus is not news at this point, just the MSM trying to make news! Just ignor it all, isn't worth the time to even disscuss it.
