Poll question: The quandary of the Obama fashionista
Maybe "Fashionista" is exaggerating, but do I fill out my wardrobe with Obama shirts from the Obama store or from all the nifty designs that everyone is coming up with?

1. Where is the Che shirt?
I'll do both.

2. I've seen several versions. Check out Cafe Press and the other sites.
If someone has an alternative site that we can support and salve our consciences, I'd like to hear about it!

Sounds fun to me.

4. Er .... I'd avoid shirts that insinuate that the Democratic nominee is a commie...

besides, when you buy from Obama's store, you're also contributing to the campaign! It's a win/win.

6. Which raises the additional question about whether when we wear
an edgy shirt that we like, we're doing more harm than good!

Some might consider this to be arrogant:

8. It's a bit cocky, but the Che shirt may give the wrong impression of the candidate...
and what's more, it may give the wrong impression of you! People may think you're some sort of right-wing idiot who's calling Obama a commie. You think of that? :scared:

10. Why either or?
Buy the shirt you like, then, since your posting indicates you may feel some guilt at having done so, donate the money to Obama anyway. Problem solved.

Alternatively, sign up with the campaign, design cool shirts for them, buy those shirts from them, and once again problem solved.
