A right wing Supreme court gets it right.
Every once in a while the supreme's shock me. They get something right. Even being as stacked to the right as it currently is, sometimes they actually apply constitutional wisdom to their decisions.

Now for the rest of you go get some stones. I am sure you can find some adulterers, infidels and blasphemers to stone to death. After that you can work your way down to jay walkers and speeders.

1. They didn't get it quite right

When the U.S. Supreme Court rules to ban the death penalty altogether....then they'll get it right.

Regardless of the political proclivities of those on the bench.

:)

Litterbugs, on the other hand, should prepare to face my inner redneck.

3. But now the RW'ers hate them...
...I hate to say it, especially here, but I think the current Supremes can be very impartial constitutionalists and piss everyone off at various times. To me this indicates they may be doing a pretty good job.
( I bet they piss Bush off more than they do us.)

5. Thank Justice Kennedy.
He's the only conservative on the court who consistently shows some common sense and independence.

Alito, Roberts, Scalia, and Thomas...ugh.
