I don't know the track record of that polling place but it's interesting nonetheless.

McCain - 43%
Obama - 38%
Undecided - 17%

4. Hell yes, we are turning the state Blue! Well, we may not quite win the GE
but we are working really hard locally to get Rick Noriega into John Cornyn's seat. Noriega is very popular & has a great chance. The problem with the GE is that so many people believe McCain is "moderate". I'm really hoping Hillary comes and does some campaigning in Texas for Barack. The hispanic vote was for George Bush (he was on their side with immigration - probably because he equated it with cheap help to clean the governor's mansion...), but we'd love to have that voting block for Obama.

9. This one is a lolpoll :)
17% undecided, or about one in every six. McCain could be leading by 5 or by 22. Or, Obama could be trailing by 5 or leading by 12. Too many undecideds.

What is interesting about this poll, though, is that both Nader and Barr are polling at one percent each. In a big state like Texas, that could have some effect.

The poll was taken by the Texas Lyceum Association.
