Has anyone in the media asked each Swift Liar if they were paid off? |
|
There are interviews with several of the Swift Boat Liars, but the media people never seem to ask them the obvious question: Were you or your family paid or compensated in any way for your statements against John Kerry?
If they would ask a few of them this question, then we could start an investigation and catch them lying.
Does anyone believe that these guys are not being paid off?

|
praising Kerry previously so in which quotes, the ones in the ad or the ones in the NYT, are they "true believers"? Here is the link to the DU thread on the NYT article: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x763818

9. They changed their stories for a reason. The likely reason is cash |
|
If only we could trace the money back to Bush - because that is where it really comes from.

4. I personally think the focus should be on Bush |
|
the Swiftliars have had their say, and it's been proven they can't back up what they say, and many of them have contradicted themselves.
What needs to be done is to start holding Bush and his campaign accountable.

7. You are absolutely right |
|
The only man in America who can stop these attacks is Bush.
Unless Bush tells them to stop, they will not. The second Bush tells them to stop, they will.
I would still like to see some of them in legal trouble for lying. :)

i recall reading that Reagan or somesuch was sold a ranch for .. say, 40 K dollars.. then a year later, the briber bought the ranch back for ... say $ 840,000.
an $800 000 bribe , all nice and legal.
I have the impression their smart accountants have many such ways.
Like opening a Bahamian offshore bank account in X's name, filling it with $2 million, and giving X the account number or a pad of blank checks, like you get from your bank.
