CNN grudgingly flips MN and WI to Obama on their electoral map
As near as I can figure their formula is:

Obama by double digits = leans Obama

Obama by high single digits = tossup

Obama by low single digits = leans McCain

McCain by single digits = strong McCain

Is that about right for McCNN ?

The best I could find is RCP's.

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/maps/obama_vs_mccain/

They actually use the averages of polls, not just the most recent. And, they have a good summary below the map that is sortable.

On RCP, if a candidate has an average lead of less than five points they count it as a toss-up. Leaning is between 5-15%, and solid is greater than 15% points. Not perfect, but at least they have a formula.

8. The RCP map also gives you the numbers
But based on the numbers I think they should show Ohio and Colorado leaning Obama.

And Florida leaning McCain, for that matter.

5. Not a post about who has a "better" map... my point is that CNN is so far in the tank
for McCain that even their EV map tilts to absurdity reflecting their bias.

7. Last night, Larry King gave MORE airtime to "bitter white women for McCain"
This crazy so-called Clinton supporter was allowed to go on the air and make the claim that she represented 3 million women who would be voting for McCain as a way of punishing the Democratic Party for its failure to prevent sexism and the unfair treatment of Senator Clinton during the primaries.
