Today's rally in Unity reminds us that politics is a team sport |
|
Politics is not an individual sport. To accomplish goals you need an organized team of allies who you can count on to fight for a shared platform of objectives. It is the essence of why we have political parties in America.
We don't have to like all of our teammates--though it's nice if we can--but we do all need to unite as a team if we want to accomplish our goals. I sense that Hillary understands that, as do a growing number of her supporters.
