AP - "Delegate who said she'd vote for McCain in fight"
http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5hpG9ArbcuZ5xuWl-Pww955HAQ-lgD91IFQ0O0

"A Democratic National Convention delegate pledged to Hillary Rodham Clinton says she hopes to fight off an attempt by Wisconsin Democrats to take away her credentials because of her past statement that she would vote for John McCain if Clinton wasn't the nominee."

More at the above link.

Looks like she's going to get her McCain-loving tush booted. Yay!

1. She's new, so she had no idea that Democratic pledged delegates...
...are supposed to vote for a Democrat!

4. How the hell does someone with so little knowledge
get to be a delegate? :wtf: I'd give anything to be a delegate but here in CA you have to really earn the position and you'd better know how it works!

3. They should take it away. I was a Clinton backer and I think this is
ludicrous and I am sure Hillary does also.

5. GOOD take it away...
how can someone who is publically supporting the opposition be a delegate. DU doesn't allow that kind of thing so why should the Democratic Party let her participate.

6. And she also did this...
"Bartoshevich told the newspaper she felt Clinton was being treated unfairly and she questioned Obama's experience. She also said she had signed up with "Citizens for McCain," encouraged by her sister, who has served in Iraq and backs the Republican"

snip

"Bartoshevich said she is new to the process and was never provided a list of rules that she is accused of violating, although she knows she signed a declaration that she intended to vote for the Democratic candidate."

She needs to have her credentials yanked and then she needs to stop whining about it.

8. Hundreds of really dedicated volunteers fail to win a delegate seat every four years
and this dimwit "didn't know"?

Pull her credentiials; no effin' mercy for this one.

9. I also hope she gets her credentials yanked
If she stated the plans on voting for McCain, then she has violated the pledge as a delegate. There are plenty of other people who would love to take her place.
