you wouldn't think McCain marrying into money would play well
with the conservative hard scrabble types across the country. Doesn't it kind of look like he's a kept man? Cindy is independently wealthy and one of the reasons JOhn McCain can do whatever it is he does (like oppose the GI Bill improvements and then act like he didn't)?

I don't have a problem personally with a guy who lets his wife pay for everything, but it seems a lot of the typical chauvenistic GOP supporters of his might.

1. He's certainly someone who's prepared...
...to bite the hand that feeds him. Calling the woman who signs his checks a "trollop" and a "c*nt" isn't indicative of someone who knows whence his bread is buttered. If he's elected, it's we the people who'll be footing his bills. I wonder if he'll treat us the same way.

2. B-b-but he's a WAR heero
...and a Senator! He's got a higher calling, like a priest! </wingnut rant off>

Cindy McCain isn't the first rich woman to marry a money-sucking loser and she won't be the last. Just the same, the myth of the Maverick is all myth.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, surviving a POW camp might make one a survivor but it doesn't make one a good human being. All it means is that he was able to manipulate his situation so he would not die. I think he's been doing it ever since.

4. The wing nuts weren't too crazy about John Kerry's similar circumstance, were they?

McCain's supporters are so busy flip-flopping, themselves, it's no wonder they haven't noticed that he's doing the same thing on pretty much every issue.

6. They'll overlook anything in order to indulge their hatred.

I wonder if this hero-hater supports McCain now?

I'm glad I don't understand those traitors. They're the worst Americans that money can buy.

Anyone remember W Ketchup? “Conservatives who prefer Freedom Fries to French Fries ... now have a new choice at the dinner table.” http://www.wketchup.com/ :eyes:

Don't they realize that Cindy's fortune is from selling people alcohol? LOL
