The FR Gang rallies around the McCain budget plan...
Sen. McCain’s promise to balance the budget would be funny if it weren’t so sad.

What a crock of sh*t. Anyone who would promise this doesn’t have either the character (they are lying), the intelligence(they don’t know they won’t be able to do this) or both unless you know how to and have the ability to massively grow the US economy and control run away spending as well as being able to bring entitlements under control.

The MSM will have a field day with this assuming he’s fool enough to say this.

Where’s he gonna get the Congress to do that? He might as well claim he’ll solve global warming and cure cancer.

It’s impossible to balance the budget and also be the welfare, medical and education department for Mexico, unless McCain is also pledging huge tax increases for Americans.

What a load of crap.

1. How come the MSM isn't trolling these boards (FR) and reporting on how pathetic these
people think McCain are?

Freepers are demented, but its good to know that even they are not falling for some of this bullshit, unlike the politico commenters. Though I'm not sure about the MSM going after this, my mom said that they were kind of eating it up on Good Morning America (ABC, no surprise).

2. Because, except for Fox News, everybody thinks...
...they're too crude to be "real" pundits or bloggers.

3. yeah, I know, but the MSM has been giving credibility to tons of people who
don't deserve it lately anyways. I just mean, if they are going to promote democratic disunity and "problems" for Obama, they should acknowledge that McCain is a weak candidate with his own problems. Not that they will, since the GE is under way.
