Group Proposes "Honor" to President Bush by naming sewage treatment plant after him
A California group submitted a proposal to rename a sewage treatment plant after President Bush, "calling the initiative a fitting tribute to the outgoing chief executive and the 'mess' he'll leave behind," the Associated Press reports.

The group wants to switch the name of the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant to the George W. Bush Sewage Plant.

2. No, a sewage treatment plant cleans things up
So the name doesn't make any sense.

4. There's still a Richard M. Nixon Environmental Education Center
Edited on Tue Jul-08-08 09:04 AM by JPZenger
In York County, PA, a County Park was named for Dick Nixon while he was President. It is still the Richard M. Nixon Environmental Education Center. That is the danger of naming things for people before they leave office.

Maybe a hazardous waste dump would be more appropriate for George W.

6. roflmao
I think a 'nucular' waste dump would be more appropriate. Though piles of shit works for me as well. Too funny.
