Forget the crowd in Denver on Aug 28.... you know what will be REALLY impressive?

100,000 turning out to see Obama in Berlin.

80,000 turning out to see Obama in London and Paris.

90,000 turning out to see Obama in Jerusalem.

25,000 troops turning out to see Obama in Baghdad... and CHEERING.

That's what will be a major shock to the system of the Hannity's and Limbaugh's of this country.

1. That could happen. After the DNC convention the reThugs will announce McSame isn't their candidate
...though and I think that's how they try and take it this year from us.

The corporate controlled MsM will of course give the reThug candidate all the air time he or she wants.

11. I've been saying this forever...Romney is going to make a surprise attack!
And they'll use something as health or whatever to elminate McCain from this race.

2. I already thought about that
It will be a magnificent sight to see.

I just hope the Secret Service does their job and does it well. When Obama is overseas is when he will be the most vulnerable.

3. Overseas most vulnerable? I think not.
He is most vulnerable right here, as have been all presidents or candidates who have been attacked.

4. The Freepers are comparing it to the 1930s Nazi rallies
I'm sure it will only be time before Fox News plants this meme in the culture where popular politician = Nazi.

6. When one resorts to "Nazi" comparisons, it proves one is losing the argument

The Freepers are scared shitless.

8. Actually it doesn't.
Some nazi comparisons are appropriate, some aren't. The freeps are just upset that their guy is a dullard.

Godwin's law, in its original form is simply the observation that at the limit all internet discussions include a comparison to nazis.

"As a Usenet discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one."

It is widely misinterpreted to be: if you mention hitler or nazis you lose the discussion.

7. I agree. Obama gives great speeches, and he should do that MORE.
Lately, Obama seems to be letting the GOP and the media puppets define him. He ends up playing the game that is most advantageous to them, not him. He is good with crowds. His humor, his intelligence, his planning all come out in those big venue speeches. The crowd is electric, and when there is coverage, that electricity comes through to viewers.

When Obama is seen in those big venues, with huge, adoring audiences, that favorably impacts undecided voters. People want to be part of winning, part of something big and new.

Obama needs to play to strengths, and not allow them to play rope a dope with him. They'll occupy his time swatting at gnats, when he needs to keep the public on the bigger picture.

10. McCain response: He will enter Minneapolis at head of million walker march!
Several different flavors of Jell-O will be available to delegate. Not just strawberry!

They won't have the music so loud during those band interludes.
