When Congress/Senate knowingly pass a law that violates the Bill of Rights... |
|
Does that not mean that our government has been taken over? A quiet bloodless coup?
Isn't this what Hitler and his 'congress' did - pass laws contrary to the rule of law?
There is no valid reason for any Senator to vote Yes on this FISA bill.
Passing this bill represents cooperative tyranny.

For a long time.
Remember the Patriot Act I & II? Remember the Interment of Japanese Citizens?
if a Coup happened, it happened a long time ago.

2. With every passing day, with every vote they take, |
|
with every subpoena they fail to uphold, the Congress is making themselves irrelevant.
I don't think our founding fathers ever believed the Congress would give up their own powers so readily to the executive branch.
