Obama got it wrong. Clinton got it right. And, McCain...
is just a fucking coward. He didn't even cast a vote. And no he doesn't get a pass for being on the campaign trail.

What a weasel.

1. And the media gives him a pass on it too and focuses instead on reopening old primary wounds.

I knew she was going to do that. She's playing politics, plain and simple.
I do not trust the Clintons. I think they desperately want Obama to lose and will work, using underhanded tactics to ensure his loss.

15. Obama's a grown man who's responsible for his own votes.

7. Obama Avoided a Wedge Issue
Telecom violators can face criminal prosecution in the future. Right?

Bush would only pardon the companies when he leaves office, otherwise.

These battles will be fought if an Obama administration takes control next January!

11. I think this IS a wedge issue for progressives. Maybe he thinks he has our votes anyway...
But he's going to have a LOT less legs helping him come November!

I'll just be pulling the lever for Obama and not do much else for him now. He needs to DO something for US now, not these so-called "centrists" (corporatists in sheep's clothing!)

and for independents and conservatives, too. Protecting the Fourth Amendment may be one of the few things everybody agrees on.

8. You are Entitled to Your Opinon
I don't think of either vote as wrong. There is reason for both positions.

10. McSame is ALWAYS a coward when it comes to controversial votes.
The man doesn't need a paycheck and doesn't earn one. He needs to retire ASAP (says a longtime Arizona voter).

DU, please make it happen.

12. I think we can all agree that Obama got it right on the Dodd Amendment. Too bad it didn't pass.
Perhaps if we had been pushing that and applying pressure there, it might have.

14. McC criticizes Obama's vote but doesn't vote himself.
Coward...yes. Weasel...yes. But he is also making a fool of himself over and over again.
