I didn't realize that.

Because I've gotten lots of e-mails from the ACLU and it seems to be a big deal among their membership.

It's also pretty big at act blue, democrats.com, etc

Their memberships must be restricted to DU members

a new provision added to the "compromise" essentially ensures those who are responsible for saying "it's okay to break the law" will skate.
