They've now made it within the law.

All I'm saying is it goes both ways and right now it looks like they are going to be relatively powerless. I actually wonder if thats why some of these hardliner type Dems are voting for it.

Frankly, I don't believe anybody respects the constitution anymore. Not after this FISA debacle. So if they want to give the President so much power, whatever. We just have to make sure we have the Presidency because its become almost the entire ball game.

4. I said that to a puke co-worker yesterday

He couldn't believe that Democrats wouldn't be OK with this FISA bill. I said "I'm amazed that you won't mind the President Obama listening in on all the RNC phone calls for the next eight years, damn that's really big of you.

He got a dumb look on his face the same one that's usually there but with a little more confusion added into it.
