Leave it to Anderson Cooper 360 to link Jessie Jackson and Jeramiah Wright against Obama
Edited on Wed Jul-09-08 09:20 PM by ErinBerin84
(ok, this is my second "bitching about the media" thread tonight, but how many FISA threads are there)

"Barack Obama seems to ATTRACT the types of people who say heated, off the cuff remarks that QUICKLY need to be apologized for!" (and they flash the pictures of Wright)

(it wasn't Anderson doing the voiceover, he is off tonight. But it's still his show, and I'm sure he would have been voicing the same "concern")

1. Well yeah, Anderson, if you scrutinize his every association while giving McCain a free pass
You tend to make those observations.

12. I agree. Is the media's obsession with Obama's every syllable or
movement newsworthy? Does Obama sell more soap than McCain? Is Obama more interesting to cover than McCain? It seems these days that McCain is only covered in passing. No real hard hitting stories on McCain, it's all Obama, all the time. Is it his frontrunner status? I can't figure it out.

2. AC just gets worse and worse. He also
criticized the Obama's decision to let his family interview be conducted by an entertainment news program instead of something harder hitting...sheesh!

10. perhaps, but it just seemed a really lazy excuse to run that old Wright footage
I mean, Obama being apologized to is a different issue than him having to apologize for Rev. Wright.

8. What a dumbass statement, Anderson
Yeah, right - Obama causes OTHER people to suffer from diarrhea of the mouth when they talk about him.

The further these people reach to slam Obama, the dumber they sound.

11. Anderson Cooper, the "journalist" who was upset that Access Hollywood
Edited on Wed Jul-09-08 09:22 PM by wienerdoggie
didn't ask "hard-hitting" enough questions of 7-year-old Sasha Obama.

13. I wish the media and the RW would just come out and say it already because
the faux outrage at ANYTHING Obama says, does or what someone says about him regardless whether it s for him or against him. Just say it already: You don't want a black man in office jeez. There is no other explanation.

15. I used to like Anderson Cooper
But since the primaries began, he has proved himself to be another empty suit with zero integrity.
