Sometimes I wish DU was called "America's Underground". Lately I'm feelng more loyal to America than
to the Democrats. I realize I will probably be shot
for even saying this. Yet, I honestly feel we all
need to start placing our loyalty into doing what's
best for America. I'm feeling abandoned by the
Democratic Party.

Yeah, yeah... I WILL still vote for Obama. Don't worry.

(END RANT)

2. Why do you say this?
What makes you think Democrats,
let alone, Americans
control our elections?

You have been abandonned by your media.

Why was Tim Russert's death televised
for 9 whole days?
Do you know?

4. One should ALWAYS be more loyal to the country than to their party.

Even under the best of circumstances with one's party.

Nation always comes before one's particular subsets.

At least it should.

they are less American, less patriotic.

12. Hear Hear!
Sad how all the sudden it is OK with a lot of people to shred the Constitution, all in the pursuit of political power. After all, this is what Bush has been doing, on a grand scale, for the past seven years.
