So, which is it?

FUX caption and audio indicates Jackson wanted to cut Obama's nuts "OFF", yet NY Post (and Sludge) report Obama's nuts were to be cut "OUT". Curious. Why the discrepancy? Which will it be: nuts-off or nuts-out? It appears the NYPost and Sludge make up shit as they go along.
